Outlook Password Issue

Due to an update over the weekend on our hosted Microsoft Exchange platform, we are seeing a large percentage of our clients getting in touch requiring the password to their mailbox.

Please make sure the username matches the email address you are trying to connect to if you have multiple accounts; please see the image below for reference. If you do not know the password, please be aware this will lock the account after multiple wrong attempts. If you require assistance with this, please get in touch on 01245 426 163.
