Who are we?

We are a managed computer, telecom and web services provider located in Chelmsford, Essex and Wickford, Essex. We offer a comprehensive range of IT and Web services suited to any businesses' needs. We offer our expertise in areas such as computer and smartphone repairs to server installation, website/server creation, maintenance packages, telecoms, full external IT support, installations, and consultancy. We operate throughout Essex but also regularly support clients overseas and are confident to provide you a solution in nearly every area of IT. We are a Limited company registered in England and Wales (4048409).


How do we obtain information from you?

We collect information from you when using our website and it’s intended functions when you contact us about products and services.


What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information that is potentially collected could be your name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when optionally we may collect your company name is specified.

By entering into a contract to do business, your payment information is held by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card and Direct Debit transactions, as explained below. We do not collect, store, handle or observe payment information, credentials or a transaction.


How is your information used?

For example as long as you hold any form of IT or Web service with us on your account we will hold on to your personal information as a means of contact and payment, should you move all of your services away and opted out of communications from us, we will hold onto your data for a reasonable amount of time should you wish to return before removing your data from the system, usually around 14-30 days after full termination of services and migrations are complete. After this elapsed time post completion you will be required to create a new customer account if you wish to return as all account information will be destroyed. The only data which we keep due to legal obligations are invoices and email records.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing requested tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process orders and services). However, when we use third party service providers, we will only disclose the information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. When you enquire about or purchase one or more of these products, the relevant third party product provider will use your details to provide you with information and carry out their obligations arising from any contracts you have entered into with them. These third-party product providers will share your information with us which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
