There has recently been an increase in emails pretending to be from someone they are not. This ranges from banks and buildings societies to email providers. Some examples of emails going around at the moment, are fake delivery/order problems and emails stating that you have been sending spam emails to their business and that they will take legal action if you don't open their attached document.
If you receive an email that seems too good to be true, or it is referring to an order/activity that you have no recollection of, do not open any attachments and delete the email immediately. If your email client has the option, it is also a good idea to 'Report as Spam' to try to prevent it from happening in the future.
If you have any problems/queries, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 01245 426 163.
Following advice from the Government regarding COVID-19, our engineers and web team are currently working remotely from 8 different locations.
For the safety of our customers and staff members, we have temporarily closed the retail shop and mobile phone department as of Tuesday 24th March 2020. We have, however, brought in a contactless pickup and drop off system for people who are still needing repairs while the retail shop is closed. We will re-open once the situation has improved to significant levels of safety.
Please note, with some of our staff members on furlough, our phones make take a little longer to answer. Additionally, for any devices that are currently in for repair, we will be in touch to arrange safe contact-free collections or deliveries.
For those working from home, Ahead4 wish to help keep you functioning and in communication. Where possible, we will be arranging contact-free deliveries around the local area for key hardware such as printer ink and laptop chargers as well as new and spare parts.
