    Warm Transfer
    A warm transfer allows the user to speak to the person before transferring the call over to them.

    To transfer a call that you are currently connected to, press the 4th button underneath the display labelled “XFER”. You can then type in the extension number or phone number of who you wish to transfer the call to. (If you have a sidecart containing a list of numbers/extensions, you can also press the corresponding button on the sidecart to dial the caller). Press the dial button to call the number entered. Once the call has been answered, you can then inform the person of whom you are transferring. When ready to transfer the call, press the “XFER” button once again and the call will be transferred.

    Blind Transfer
    A blind transfer will transfer the current call directly to the other person, without speaking to them first.

    To transfer a call that you are currently connected to, press the 4th button underneath the display labelled “XFER”. You can then type in the extension number or phone number of who you wish to transfer the call to. Press the “XFER” button again once the correct number has been typed in, and the call will be transferred directly to the number dialled. The dialled phone will ring and once it has been answered, they will be connected directly to the transferred call.

    To transfer a call that you are currently connected to, press the top-right key underneath the display labelled “Options” on the screen.

    This will show a list of options, and you want to ensure the option “Transfer” is highlighted in blue (if not, use the arrows to select the option).

    Press the “OK” button once “Transfer” is highlighted. You can then type in the extension number or phone number of who you wish to transfer the call to.

    Press the green dial button to call the number entered. Once the call has been answered, you can then inform the person of whom you are transferring. When ready to transfer the call, press the “Transfer” button once again and the call will be transferred.

    Blind Transfer
    A blind transfer will transfer the current call directly to the other person, without speaking to them first.

    This will show a list of options, ensure the option “Transfer” is highlighted in blue (if not, use the arrow keypad to select the option).

    Press the “OK” button once “Transfer” is highlighted. You can then type in the extension number or phone number of who you wish to transfer the call to.
